MISSION, VISION AND PURPOSE STATEMENT
Our Character
1. - A Worshiping Church. This is an absolute must, because the Bible tells us that God's presence - His manifest glory - dwells in the praises of His people. Trinity Fellowship has long been known as a place of Praise and Worship in the East Texas area.
2. - A Discipling Church. This relates to the principles of growth through relationship. Discipleship is about interaction, questions and answers. Jesus did this with the parables. Everyone is to be a disciple, and grow to be able to make disciples.
3. - A Blessing Church. This is the heart of God revealed through benevolence and outreach efforts to those in need, which according to James 1:27 is "pure and undefiled religion." The intent of God is that we learn to walk in His love, and then give it away.
4. - A Family Oriented Church. The Bible shows us in Zechariah 8:4-5 that the Family of God covers the entire age spectrum. No one is left out, so our goal is to truly be a Church for everyone.
Our Mission
To create an environment where people are free to become passionate lovers of Jesus who are powerful worshippers, persistent in prayer, personally equipped and discipled to demonstrate His goodness and freedom.
Our Vision
To know Jesus and make Him famous to all of those we come in contact with.
Build strong families that are equipped to face today's challenges.
Restore those who have fallen. And bring healing to the brokenhearted.
Our Purpose
We must be people of worship. We must be people of prayer. We must be people versed in the Word of God. We must be people of compassionate ministry. We must be people who will build bridges between generations. We must be people who make the King and His Kingdom relevant and approachable to a world that is lost and dying. To paraphrase 1 Cor. 9:19-23 We must become all things to all people in order that we might win them to Christ.
